Shipping information 

 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Estimated delivery time from dispatch:

3-5 business days.

Estimated delivery date is from the date an order is shipped. It is important to note any orders that include items on PRE-ORDER will have a longer wait time before getting shipped because you are ordering an item before the official release.The delivery estimate is when the item ships not when you place the order. 

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please note, parcels can sometimes be delayed by factors out of our control.. The estimated delivery time is therefore not a guaranteed delivery period.

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy

What is our return policy ?

You have a max of 30 days to make returns. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Please note - all sales are final for any items bought on sale and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. 

 

 

What Items are eligible for a return ?

Aamiyahlashayy accepts unwashed, unworn and undamaged garments. Every aspect of the garment must be free from both signs of wear and personal odor/perfume.  Items used for styling or any other form of content before returning will not be applicable for a refund. All items will be inspected upon return by our team and it is at their discretion on whether the item is suitable for return. They must be unused and in the same condition as you received them

 

Any goods returned to us that do not meet our returns and exchange policy requirements or are in an unsuitable condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges and Returns Instructions


HOW TO START AN EXCHANGE:

Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size provided they meet all terms and conditions of our returns and exchanges policy. All postage for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. Upon requesting an exchange, the team will email you further instructions on how to exchange an item including return address details. Please send all returns parcels via tracked mail as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. We recommend checking whether your preferred size is in stock on www.Aamiyahlashayy.com before requesting an exchange, if it’s not feel free to send us an email regarding restock dates and we’ll be more than happy to help.

To start an exchange for your order please:
Contact us via email at Info@Aamiyahlashayy.com with the subject field: EXCHANGE REQUEST and include your-
a) order number

b) full name

c) original delivery address

d) the item you’d like to exchange

e)the new size you’re requesting
so we can deal with your request as quickly as possible.

HOW TO START A RETURN:

Returns can be made for any item provided they meet all terms and conditions of our returns and exchanges policy. All postage for returns is the responsibility of the customer. Upon requesting a return, the team will email you further instructions on how to return an item including return address details. Please send all returns parcels via tracked mail as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.

a) order number

b) full name

c) original delivery address

d) the item(s) you’d like to return
so we can deal with your request as quickly as possible.

 

Refunds

After a return or exchange has been requested and any item(s) has been returned to us, customers will receive a refund notification via email within 7 working days of the return parcel being received, checked and confirmed as applicable for a refund. This will confirm a refund has been issued. Please note, refunds may take up to 5-10 days to process. This is out of our control and is dependent on the original payment method used.

 

Product issue or damage
On the rare occasion that there is ever any sort of issue, factory fault or damage found on an item, you must get in touch as soon as you receive the product to inform us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you do not get in touch immediately before the item has been worn, we are unable to take responsibility for any damage that may occur.

 

Delivery Issues
Please note, parcels can sometimes be delayed by factors out of our control such as processing delays. The estimated delivery times we provide are therefore not a guaranteed delivery period and should only be viewed as an estimate. We are unfortunately unable to offer any form of refund for missed or delayed delivery estimate windows. Once items are marked as delivered, we are not responsible for any subsequent loss or damage - this is deemed the customers' responsibility.  By purchasing from Aamiyahlashayy.com you are agreeing to the terms as outlined on this page and anywhere else defined on the site.
