How long will it take to receive my order?
Usually items ship out within 3-5 business days. There might be slight delays due to COVID-19. In that case orders may be delayed.
Do allow up to 15 days for delivery for circumstances beyond our control such as custom holds, natural disasters, etc.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
How long does it take to recieve handmade items ?
Products handmade by Aamiyahlashayy will take 1-2 weeks to construct/process. After processing it will take 3-5 business days to receive your package. You will most likely receive your tracking number on or before the 3rd business day. Most times your order will be shipped out fast (Within the first week of ordering) but when items are in high demand it takes a bit more time to construct.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
What is our return policy ?
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several products are exempt from being returned. Any clothing item or accessory that has already been worn is not eligible for a return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 48hrs after delivery
If a product arrives damaged or with defaults a refund may be issued. Other than that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
What if I haven't recieved my refund ?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Can I get a refund for sale items ?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

How do I ship my return ?
To return your product, you should send us an email at to retrieve information on where to send the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
